Construction & Seasonal Access

  • During summer of 2025, from approximately May 1st to approximately August 31st, the building next door is replacing and enlarging their parking lot. Access to this building's parking lot is through the construction area. Access to the parking lot for this condo is to be maintained by the construction company doing the parking lot next door, but delays are possible.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.

Property Access

  • There are zero stairs between the parking lot and the building entrance. Once inside, you can take the elevator or stairs down one floor to the condo.

Parking Information

  • The parking is an outdoor lot and spaces are not assigned. One parking spot is available for this unit.
  • Trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines. Contact for off-site options if needed.

  • Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking.
